Club registration fees are paid per season and are outlined on each of the team pages. Contact the Club Treasurer if you have questions.
Before your player attends their first practice, your player(s) must be registered. To complete registration, your player(s) must also be registered with Water Polo West and Water Polo Canada.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
For some families, their limited budget prevents them from playing. We will do our best to help families in this situation. For example, split payments are possible.

Volunteer / Fundraising Deposit – not applicable for Spring/Summer 2023 season
Upon registration, a deposit for volunteer fees and fundraising will be required. A single post-dated cheque (for April 1, 2023), for $200 and payable to Vancouver Vipers Water Polo should be brought to the first practice.
The cheque needs to be submitted to the Registrar or another Exec member by September 27, 2022. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the registered athlete(s) not being able to participate in the program until the cheques are submitted.
The volunteer deposit will be returned to those families who have fulfilled their volunteer requirements. Details on volunteer opportunities will be shared with families via email.

2. Water Polo West /Water Polo Canada membership fees
Each player is required to pay a membership fee (which includes insurance) to Water Polo West (WPW) – the provincial governing body (PSO) – and to Water Polo Canada (WPC), the national governing body (NSO). Payment is made in September or when a player joins. Membership fees are not pro-rated. Membership fees for both Water Polo West and Water Polo Canada are valid until August 31, 2024.
3. Payment
- Club fees can be paid either by credit card or by e-transfer
- Water Polo West and Water Polo Canada membership fees must be paid by credit card
- Credit card information is entered once on the registration page and payments are automatically distributed; a 2.35% service charge will be added
