14U Program

Grade 7: born in 2012
Grade 8: born in 2011

Athletes practice in both the shallow and the deep ends of the pool. The ability to swim a length of the pool comfortably is important. They will learn ball handling, eggbeater, shooting, swimming with and without the ball, and the basics of the game.

Thurs. 8.15 – 9.45 pm (Kerrisdale Pool)
Sat. 6.15 – 8.15 pm (Kerrisdale Pool)

16U Team

Grade 9: born in 2010
Grade 10: born in 2009

Players will work primarily in the deep end of the pool. Ability to swim and tread water for extended lengths of time required. They will learn ball handling, eggbeater, shooting swimming with and without the ball, and advanced game strategy.

Fall:
Wed.  8.15 – 9.45 pm (Kerrisdale Pool)
Fri. 7.00 – 10.00 pm (Vancouver Aquatic Centre)
Sun. 8.00 – 10.15 am (Vancouver Aquatic Centre)*
*may be replaced with a game or cancelled due to an 18U game

Athletes practice at the Vancouver Aquatic Centre pool working primarily in the deep end of the pool. Ability to swim and tread water for extended lengths of time required. They will learn ball handling, eggbeater, shooting swimming with and without the ball, and advanced game strategy.

Tues. 8.15 – 9.45 pm (Kerrisdale Pool)
Sun. 8.00 – 10.15 am (Vancouver Aquatic Centre)*
